Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Make the List of Top Power Couples on Twitter and Instagram?See Who Else Is on It! | E! Online
Compiled by Tony Hicks Posted: 08/18/2014 01:06:59 PM MDT Paul McCartney might collaborate with Kanye West soon. And you thought it was a big deal when he collaborated with John Lennon. Sources reportedly told the New York Post the pair have been secretly working on a number of tracks, one allegedly titled "Piss on My Grave," and that the recordings "could develop into an album." Charming title. I heard McCartney and Michael Jackson almost used it before deciding on "Say Say Say." Daily Mail quoted sources last week saying West wants to feature McCartney on his follow-up to "Yeezus," which is due out later this year. The source said West has been "tapping Macca up for a while about working together." Kim Kardashian's husband was at McCartney's Los Angeles show at Dodger Stadium last week.
Titled Nobody, Sosa posted an audio clip http://www.kardashiansextaped.com/ from his whip as he hit the highway. Featuring a blend of Yeezys autotuned vocals and Chief Keefs signature semi-decipherable delivery, the track seems to find West occupying the younger Chi-town natives musical space. Over what sounds like Keefs usual trap sound, the two seem to actually merge well. Nobody will presumable appear on Chief Keefs upcoming Bang 3 album. Take a listen to a clip of Chief Keef and Kanye Wests latest song above.
Kanye West, Paul McCartney recording music together - Reverb
On Monday, the website, which covers everything from pop and hip-hop to indie-rock, folk and electronic music, offered up its top 200 tracks from 2010-2014 . The top-five looked like this: Grimes "Oblivion" Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti "Round and Round" Kanye West "Runaway" (featuring Pusha T) M83 "Midnight City" Kendrick Lamar "B****, Don't Kill My Vibe." Most people probably haven't heard of Grimes or Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti, and your familiarity with M83's "Midnight City" may begin and end with a Victoria's Secret commercial . Pitchfork's list of the top 100 albums (2010-2014) is slightly more mainstream friendly: Kanye West "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" Kendrick Lamar "good kid, m.A.A.d city" Deerhunter "Halcyon Digest" Vampire Weekend "Modern Vampires of the City" Tame Impala "Lonerism" Sun Kil Moon "Benji" Fiona Apple "The Idler Wheel..." Kanye West is obviously the big winner with two albums in the top-10, while artists like Drake, Beyonce, LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire and Daft Punk were also featured in the top-40. Personally, my top album from 2010-2014 would also be West's "MBDTF." However, most other individual lists would probably look nothing like Pitchfork's. From a mainstream standpoint, top-selling albums like Adele's "21," Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" and "Red," Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," The Black Keys' "El Camino" and Mumford & Sons' "Babel" don't rate high (or at all) over at Pitchfork.

by Corinne Heller Today 2:37 PM PDT Loading... When it comes to social media, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reign supreme! The New York Times this week published what it was dubbed an "admittedly unscientific look at some of leading power couples of the moment," "where each member also happens to be a star of social media in his or her own right." The findings? Kimye top the list of the most popular power duos on Twitter and Instagram. Kardashian has more than 17.4 million followers on Instagram , where she often posts selfies ( ahead of an upcoming book , by the way) and other photos of herself and her family, including her and the rapper's 1-year-old daughter, North West .On Twitter ,the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is followed by more than 22.8 million users, while Kanye , who prefers that social network over others, has more than 10.7 million.
